Blue

We went to Skomer Island in April for the bluebells (never mind the puffins)

Bluebells at North Stream

We had hoped also for red campion, but it wasn’t yet out.

White

Instead there was white campion. Here, with puffin, at the Wick

The cliff at South Haven was covered in white campion

Still white – cherry blossom near East Hendred

The cherry orchard on Cow Lane in Harwell (in black and white!)

Finally, if you count pink as almost red, there’s blue sky, white clouds, and a touch of yellow with this Lone Cherry Blossom Tree. The “Blossom Sentinel” at RAF Tarrant Rushton, Dorset. Aparently the last of six planted during the war to cheer up the pilots as they returned from duty.
