Blue
We went to Skomer Island in April for the bluebells (never mind the puffins)

We had hoped also for red campion, but it wasn’t yet out.
White
Instead there was white campion. Here, with puffin, at the Wick

Finally, if you count pink as almost red, there’s blue sky, white clouds, and a touch of yellow with this Lone Cherry Blossom Tree. The “Blossom Sentinel” at RAF Tarrant Rushton, Dorset. Aparently the last of six planted during the war to cheer up the pilots as they returned from duty.

Beautiful pictures, David. Hockneyesque colours!
Thank you David.
I am always impressed by your photographic talent and the wonderful descriptions of the images you take.
A great selection David, you seem to be able to make an ‘ordinary’ photo much more interesting and colourful.
Such exquisite photos again, David, so clear, full of atmosphere, drama, quiet contemplation….. you really are a master!!
